Homemade Aamras ( Mango Purée) Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 6 alfonso mangoes medium size

  • 1 cup milk

  • 3/4 cup sugar

  • 1 pinch black salt

Method:

  1. Wash and peel the mangoes.

  2. Remove all the pulp from the mangoes.

  3. Mash the pulp completely and then sieve the pulp.

  4. Add milk, sugar and salt to the mango pulp.

  5. Mix well till the sugar dissolves.

    Serve this yummy aamras with puris or chapati.
