Homemade Amla Ginger Juice Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 glass water

  • 3 nos chopped amla / gooseberries

  • 1 inch chopped ginger

  • 1 lemon juice

  • 2 tbsp honey or sugar

  • 1 tsp black salt or as per taste

  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala

  • 1/4 tsp pepper powder

  • 1/4 tsp roasted jeera /cumin powder

  • some mint/ pudina leaves for garnishing

Method :

  1. In a grinder jar add the chopped amla, ginger and water. Grind together and then strain the water.

  2. Add all the remaining ingredients to the strained water.

  3. Garnish with some mint leaves and serve chilled
