Homemade Cheesy Stuffed Pav Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup sweet corn ( frozen /fresh )
1 green capsicum chopped finely
1 yellow capsicum chopped finely
1 big onion chopped finely
1/4 cup scrambled paneer (cottage cheese)
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1/2 tbsp chilli flakes
1 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tbsp oregano
salt as per taste
12 pav
1/2 cup grated amul cheese
Ingredients For Garnishing:
1/2 cup melted butter
1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1/2 tbsp oregano
1/2 tbsp chilli flakes
Method:
Take a bowl add all the above vegetables , dry spices , paneer ,mozzarella cheese and mix well.
In another bowl mix all the ingredients for the garnishing .
Make horizontal and vertical cuts in the pav. Do not cut the pav completely.
Stuff the vegetable stuffing in between the cuts made in the pavs.
In a baking tray place all the stuffed pav and brush them with the butter paste.
Grate some amul cheese all over the stuffed pav and sprinkle oregano and chilli flakes.
Bake at 180 C for 10-15 minutes or till the cheese melts on the top.
Remove in a serving plate.
Serve this yummy cheesy stuffed pav hot as an appetizer for parties.
