Homemade Farali Aloo ( Potato) Ki Sabzi Recip
Ingredients:
4 big potatoes boiled
1-2 green chillies chopped finely
1/2 lemon (juice)
1/2 tbsp pepper powder
black salt as per taste
Method:
Mash the boiled potatoes into pieces.
Heat 2-3 tbsp ghee in a heavy based vessel.
Saute the mashed potatoes for 2-3 minutes in the ghee.
Add the green chillies, salt and pepper.
Mix well, add 4-5 cups of water.
Cover and cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
Enjoy this simple and easy sabzi with pooris or parathas during vrat or fasting.
