Homemade Mango Chunda Recipe
Ingredients:
3 medium size raw mangoes
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 tsp asefodita
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp roasted jeera (cumin )powder
black salt as per taste
Method:
Peel , wash and dry the mangoes .Grate into thick slices.
In a pan take the grated mangoes , sugar and salt. Cook on low flame stirring till the sugar melts and it is one thread syrup consistency.
Remove from flame and add the remaining ingredients, mix well. Allow it to cool, then store in a dry glass bottle.
Enjoy this sweet and tangy instant pickle with your meals.
