Homemade Mooli Aloo Ki Sabzi Recipe
Ingredients:
2 small mooli with leaves ( white radish)
2 aloo (potatoes )
1 onion chopped finely
2 small tomatoes chopped finely
1 green chilli chopped
1 tsp ginger chopped
1 tsp garlic chopped
1 tsp ajwain (carom seeds)
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tbsp corainder powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
salt as per taste
Method:
Peel, wash and chop the mooli and aloo into small cubes.
Remove and discard the hard stems from the mooli leaves. Then wash and chop the leaves.
Take a pan heat 2 tbsp oil add the ajwain, then saute the garlic and ginger. Add the chopped onion, green chilli and turmeric.
Cook on low flame till the onions are soft. Then add the chopped tomatoes, mooli and aloo.
On low flame cook the mooli and aloo for 2-3 minutes then add all the dry spices. Cover and cook stirring at intervals till both the mooli and aloo are soft and cooked.
Lastly add the leaves and cook for another 2 minutes.
Remove in a serving bowl.
Enjoy this yummy sabzi with chapati or parathas.
