Homemade Paneer Bread Roll Recipe

Ingredients:
9 bread slices ( white/brown/ multigrain/wholemeal)
50 gms paneer slab
1 /4 piece green capsicum
2 amul cheese slices
1 tsp chaat masala
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp schezwan or thick green chutney
oil for shallow frying
Method:
Take the bread slices and cut off the sides.With the help of a rolling pin roll each slice thinly. Keep aside for future use.Do not throw the cut sides of the bread instead use it to make bread crumbs.
Cut the capsicum into long thin slices and also the cheese into 1/4 inch slices.
Cut 1/4 inch thick slices of the paneer . Sprinkle the chaat masala and salt all over them .In a non stick pan heat 2 tbsp oil and lightly fry all the paneer pieces . Remove and keep aside.
Mix the schezwan or green chutney in the mayonnaise and spread a thin layer on each rolled bread slice.
Take one bread slice with the spread mayonnaise and at one end keep the paneer, cheese and capsicum slice then slowly and gently roll the bread ensuring the ends are joined together.
Repeat till all the bread slices are stuffed and rolled.
Heat a non stick pan with some oil and place one by one the bread roll on it and fry till all the sides are crispy and golden brown. Alternatively it can be baked or air fried also.
Remove in a serving dish and serve with ketchup or chutney.
