Homemade Rajgira Ke Pakora Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rajgira atta /amaranth atta

  • 1 potato/aloo

  • 1 chopped green chilli

  • some chopped coriander leaves

  • 1 tsp pepper

  • salt as per taste

  • oil for frying

Method:

  1. Peel ,wash and chop the aloo into small cubes.

  2. Take a bowl add all the above ingredients along with chopped aloo and mix well . Add little by little water to make a dropping consistency batter.

  3. Heat oil in a kadai then drop small balls of the batter in medium oil and fry till golden brown on both sides.

  4. Repeat the process till all the batter is used up.

Enjoy these yummy pakora during vrat or fasting.
