Homemade Raw Mango Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
2 big or 500 gms raw or semi ripe mangoes
1 very small onion sliced thinly
1 tomato deseed and sliced thinly
1 cucumber peeled, deseed and sliced thinly
1 tsp brown sugar or white sugar
1 tsp cayenne powder or chilli powder
salt as per taste
1/2 juice of lemon
some chopped coriander leaves for garnishing
Method:
Wash and peel the mangoes then slice it thinly or grate it into thick julienne.
Wash the cucumber, peel , deseed and slice it thinly .Similarly wash, deseed and slice the tomato also thinly.
In a bowl add all the above ingredients together and mix well. Garnish with some chopped coriander leaves.
Keep in refrigerator.
