Homemade Tortilla Wrap Sandwich Recipe

Servings: 8 nos

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time : 10 minutes

Grill Time : 20 minutes

Total Time: 35 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 8 nos Tortilla Wraps

  • 2 big boiled potatoes

  • 1 big onion

  • 2 big tomatoes

  • 1/2 cup chopped lettuce leaves

  • 1/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese

  • 1/4 cup schezwan sauce

  • 1/4 cup green chutney

  • 1 tbsp chaat masala

  • 1/2 tbsp pepper powder

Method:

  1. Slice the boiled potatoes into medium thickness round pieces. Similarly peel, wash and slice the onion and tomatoes into round rings.

  2. Take a tortilla warp slowly fold into four then open and make a cut in one fold of it. On one part of the tortilla wrap spread some green chutney or schezwan sauce and sprinkle some chopped lettuce leaves over as seen in the below first image. In the second part place some onion and tomato rings, next place some grated mozzarella cheese and lastly place some sliced boiled potatoes. Please note that you can place the above ingredients as per your choice.

  3. Sprinkle a little chaat masala and pepper powder all over the ingredients.

  4. For folding the warp slowly lift and place the chutney part over the onion and tomato, the onion one over the cheese and the cheese one over the potatoes.

  5. Grease a sandwich griller with some butter and place the folded wrap on it `and grill till brown and crispy on both sides.

  6. Repeat the process for the remaining wraps.
