Homemade Turai Peel Thecha Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 cup turai ( ridge gourd ) peel
9-10 green chillies
7 nos garlic pods
1/4 cup peanuts
salt as per taste
1/2 tbsp oil
Method:
Take one rough skin turai. Peel and remove the skin. Wash and chop it into big pieces.
In a grinder jar add the chopped turai skin and in pulse mode grind it roughly. Keep aside.
Dry roast the peanuts then remove the skin and grind it coarsely.
Peel the garlic pods. Remove the top and tail of the green chillies.
Take a pan heat the oil and on low flame fry the chillies and garlic for a minute then add the turai and salt. Cook stirring continuously for 1-2 minutes.
Remove in a plate and allow it to cool.
Take a pestle and mash the chillies, garlic and turai skin together coarsely.
Remove in a bowl and mix the roasted peanuts in it.
Enjoy this spicy, healthy and crunchy thecha with chapati, paratha or rice.
