Heat a non stick pan then add 1-2 tbsp oil keep the flame on low then place the sliced potatoes on it till the pan is fully covered with it. Pour a thin layer of the batter all over the potatoes. Cover and cook on low flame till the batter is dry and cooked. Slowly flip the cheela and cook again on the other side also on low flame till brown and the potatoes are crispy and cooked .
Remove in a serving dish sprinkle some chaat masala, chilli flakes and coriander leaves all over it.
Repeat the process till all the batter is used up.
Alternatively in place of potatoes you can place the sliced onions or capsicum and cook in the same way.
