Homemade Beetroot Sabzi Recipe
Ingredients:
5-6 beetroot
1 green chill chopped finely
1/2 tbsp chopped ginger
2-3 stings curry leaves chopped
2 tbsp coriander leaves chopped
3-4 tbsp grated fresh coconut
1- 2 tsp mustard seeds
salt as per taste
Method:
Peel, wash and chop the beetroots into very small cubes.
Heat 1-2 tbsp oil in a pan add mustard seeds when it splutters add the chopped curry leaves, green chilli, ginger and beetroot.
Cover and cook on low flame till soft then add salt and mix well.
Remove in a serving bowl and garnish with coconut and coriander leaves.
Enjoy this tasty and quick sabzi or side it with your meals.
