Homemade Green Chutney Recipe
Ingredients:
2 bunch coriander leaves
4-5 green chillies or as per taste
1 small piece ginger
1 tsp chopped garlic
1/2 lemon juice
1/2 small onion
2 tbsp roasted chana dal
1/4 tsp jeera (cumin )seeds
salt as per taste
Method:
Clean the coriander leaves with a little stalk on them.
Wash the coriander leaves properly.See TIP # 22
In a grinder put all the above ingredients , add a little cold water and grind to a fine paste. See TIP # 10
Remove in a glass bottle and store in refrigerator.
This green chutney can be stored for almost two weeks.
