Homemade Soya Cutlet Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup soya chunks
3 boiled potatoes grated
2 big onions chopped very finely
2-3 green chillies chopped finely
1 tbsp ginger chopped
5-6 garlic pods chopped finely
2-3 tbsp coriander leaves chopped
1/2 tbsp red chilli powder
1/ 2 tbsp garam masala
1/2 tbsp jeera (cumin) powder
1/2 tbsp chaat masala
salt as per taste
Method:
Boil the soya for 5-10 minutes. Remove from water and when cooled squeeze the extra water form it.
In a grinder jar grind the boiled soya finely and keep aside.
Take a bowl add the soya and mix all the above ingredients in it.
Pinch a small portion of the mixture and roll into round cutlets. Keep the cutlets in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
Heat a non stick pan and grease it with 2-3 tbsp oil. Place the cutlets on it and cook the cutlets on low flame till golden brown on both sides.
Serve with ketchup or green chutney . Alternatively it can also be put in a bun to make Soya Burger.
