Homemade Jowar Roti Recipe
Ingredients :
3 cups jowar atta
salt as per taste
ghee
hot water
Method:
Sieve the jowar atta and mix salt in it .Make a semi soft dough by adding hot water little by little and mixing with the help of a spoon. When it is cooled enough then knead the dough with your hands into a smooth soft dough. Keep aside for 10 -15 minutes.
Make small balls of equal size. Cover and keep so that the dough balls does not dry. Dust some flour on to a rolling board and roll into a chapati .
Heat a tawa and place the rolled chapati on it. Cook on both sides similar to a roti.
Remove and apply some ghee on one side.
Similarly repeat the process and prepare all the chapatis.
Serve this healthy and tasty jowar rotis with Dal Tadka and Yam Fry.
