Homemade Paneer Thecha Recipe

Ingredients:
250 gms fresh paneer / cottage cheese
1/4 cup peanuts without skin
10 nos spicy green chillies
10 nos garlic pods
some coriander stems
1/4 cup coriander leaves
salt as per taste
some chaat masala for sprinkling
1/2 lemon
Method:
Clean and wash the coriander leaves and stems. Keep aside.
Peel and wash the garlic pods.
Cut the paneer into square cubes.
In a pan heat 1 tsp oil and roast the peanuts for a minute on low flame then add the garlic, green chillies and again saute for half a second . Remove and allow them to cool.
In a grinder add the peanuts, garlic, chillies , coriander leaves and stem along with salt and grind to a coarse paste. Alternatively it can also be made using a pestle. Thecha masala is ready.
Coat each paneer cubes with the thecha masala. Keep it aside for 10 minutes.
In a non stick pan heat 3-4 tbsp oil then place one by one the paneer cubes on it and cook on low flame on all the sides till golden brown in colour.
Remove in a serving dish and sprinkle some chaat masala all over them and squeeze some lemon juice.
