Homemade Passion Fruit Leaves Sambola Recipe
Ingredients:
3 cups finely chopped passion fruit leaves ( taken homegrown )
1/4 cup finely chopped small onions
1 green chilli finely chopped
1/2 cup fresh grated coconut
1/2 lemon
salt as per taste
Method:
Take passion fruit leaves which are soft and tender . Wash and dry pat the leaves . Then finely chop them.
Peel, wash and chop the baby onions into very thin slices.
In a bowl mix the chopped leaves, onions, green chilli, grated coconut, salt and lemon juice. Give it a good toss.
Remove in a serving dish.
Enjoy this healthy salad with your meal.
