Homemade Cheesy Maggi Pao Recipe
Ingredients:
4 maggi packets ( Veg Flavour)
3 big onions chopped into long
4 tomatoes chopped finely
1 green pepper/ capsicum cut into long
1 yellow pepper / capsicum cut into long
1/2 tbsp pepper powder
1/2 tbsp red chilli powder
1/2 tbsp kashmiri chilli powder
salt as per taste
1/4 cup oil
6 Pav
1 cup mozzarella cheese
Method:
In a vessel boil water with 1-2 drops of oil and 1 tsp salt then add the maggi noodles and cook till soft. Drain and keep it aside.
Take a heavy based pan heat oil then add the onions and saute till it is pink in colour.
Add the tomatoes and all the spices and cook for 5-10 minutes till it is soft and mushy.
Add the green and yellow capsicum and cook for 1-2 minutes then add the boiled noodles to it. Mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes till the noodles is well coated with all the masala .
Take a pav cut it into half then make it hot on a tawa greased with butter. Remove and place 1-2 spoons of maggi on one half of the pav and cover it with cheese then place the other half on it. Once again make it hot on a greased tawa.
Remove in a plate and serve with ketchup or scezwan sauce.
