Homemade Instant Ragi Dosa Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup ragi / finger millet flour
3 cups water
3 nos chopped onions
7 nos green chillies chopped finely
1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
salt as per taste
ghee or oil for cooking
Method:
In a bowl sieve the ragi atta then add the salt, chopped green chillies and coriander leaves. Add little by little the water and mix well so that there are no lumps. Keep aside to rest for 5-10 minutes.
Heat a non stick tawa till it is very hot then sprinkle some chopped onions all over it. Pour a ladle full of the ragi batter all around the tawa. Reduce the flame to medium low . Sprinkle some ghee or oil all over the dosa then cook till brown and crispy.
Remove in a plate and repeat the process till all the batter is used up.
Enjoy these yummy and healthy dosa with green or any chutney of your choice.
