Homemade Instant Rice Flour Idli Recipe

Ingredients:
1.5 cups rice flour
1/2 cup fine rawa (semolina)
1 cup curds ( yogurt)
salt as per taste
1 tsp ENO
Method:
In a bowl mix the rice flour, rawa and salt. Then add the curds and about 1 to 2 cups water or as required till an idli batter consistency is obtained. Cover and allow to rest for 10 minutes.
In a idli steamer or vessel heat some water.
Grease an idli plate with some oil and keep aside for future use.
After the rest time add the ENO and stir lightly. Pour a ladle of the batter into the idli moulds and then place it in the vessel. Cover and steam for 10 -15 minutes or till the idlis are done. To check if the idlis are done pierce a tooth pick or knife in it if it comes out clean the idlis are cooked.
Allow the idlis to cool down then remove in a serving dish.
Serve these soft and fluffy idlis with coconut chutney.
