Homemade Moong Dal Dosa Recipe
Ingredients:
4 cups moong dal
3/4 cup chana dal
2 tbsp red chilli powder
salt as per taste
Method:
Clean, wash the moong and chana dal. Soak it together in water for 3-4 hours.
Drain the water and grind together to form a fine paste.
Keep it to rest for about 2-3 hours.
Add salt, red chilli powder and some water if required to get a medium consistency batter.
On a non stick dosa tawa pour some batter and spread it to form a thin round dosa.
Put oil on it and cook till it turns brown .Remove on a plate.
Repeat till all the batter is used.
Enjoy and serve this crispy and yummy dosa with green chutney or onion tomato chutney.
