Homemade Raw Mango Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 big or 500 gms raw or semi ripe mangoes

  • 1 very small onion sliced thinly

  • 1 tomato deseed and sliced thinly

  • 1 cucumber peeled, deseed and sliced thinly

  • 1 tsp brown sugar or white sugar

  • 1 tsp cayenne powder or chilli powder

  • salt as per taste

  • 1/2 juice of lemon

  • some chopped coriander leaves for garnishing

Method:

  1. Wash and peel the mangoes then slice it thinly or grate it into thick julienne.

  2. Wash the cucumber, peel , deseed and slice it thinly .Similarly wash, deseed and slice the tomato also thinly.

  3. In a bowl add all the above ingredients together and mix well. Garnish with some chopped coriander leaves.

  4. Keep in refrigerator.

Enjoy this yummy chilled sweet and tangy Mango Salad .
