Homemade Veg Mayo Sandwich Recipe
Ingredients:
1 2 slices of big white bread
2 cups shredded cabbage
1 carrot grated thickly or chopped long & thin
1 cucumber chopped long & thin
1 green capsicum chopped long & thin
1 tsp pepper powder
1 tbsp chilli flakes
1/2 cup mayonnaise
salt as per taste
Method:
Cut the sides of all the bread and keep aside.
Take a bowl and mix all the remaining ingredients together.
Take a bread slice and spread some mayo mixture evenly and then place another bread slice on it. Cut it diagonally.
Repeat the process till all the bread is used.
Alternatively the sandwiches can be toasted on a non stick tawa or grilled.

Note: Mix the salt in the filling just before the sandwiches are to be made otherwise the veggies will leave out water.
